    We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
    • Priority Mail: Delivery in "1-3 business days" via USPS. The shipping cost is determined at checkout.
    • Priority Mail Express: "Next-day to 2-day guaranteed delivery" via USPS. The shipping cost is determined at checkout.

    Processing Time:

    While we strive to ship out all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them, please be aware that processing times may vary during busy periods, and we cannot guarantee that all orders will be processed within this timeframe. In the event of any delays, we will promptly notify you by email or post a notice on our website to inform you of any such delays.

    Cold Weather Shipping:

    During the colder months, we want to ensure that all of our plant-based products arrive at their destination in optimal condition. Therefore, if the expected temperature at the shipping destination is below 45°, we highly recommend that customers purchase a heat pack to accompany their order.
    A heat pack is a small device that generates heat and helps to regulate the temperature inside the shipping box. This can be especially important for products such as plants that are sensitive to cold temperatures. Without a heat pack, these items may experience damage or even death due to exposure to extreme temperatures during transit.
    While purchasing a heat pack is not required, we cannot guarantee the condition of plant-based products that are shipped without one in cold weather conditions. As such, customers who choose not to purchase a heat pack do so at their own risk.

    Lost or Stolen Packages:

    We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

    International Shipping:

    At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

    Thank you for your recent purchase from our store. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with the following return policy:

    Returns Eligibility:

    Perishable items, including but not limited to the following examples, may only be returned for a refund if you request a return within 1 day of receiving the item(s) and the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them. A picture of the item(s) must be provided for us to start processing the return. Once the item(s) are returned and inspected, we will then issue the refund.
    Examples of Perishable Items:
    • Orchid plants
    • Live plants
    All other orders may be returned within 15 days of the date of delivery for a refund. Please include proof of purchase when returning items. However, items marked as final sale do not qualify for returns.

    Return Process:

    To initiate a return, please contact us at We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to cover the shipping costs for returns. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

    Refund Issuance:

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 3 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s).
